Cancellation policy

Items in our store are pre-order only. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Orders and Pre-orders
When you purchase a product from us, you are buying a custom-made product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled before the team store order window closes. If the order has been fulfilled or the team store window has closed, then you can't cancel the order or request a full or partial refund.
