Shipping & Production Policy

Because each of our pieces is handcrafted/custom-made to your specifications, our process differs from standard "off-the-shelf" retailers.

Production Timeline

  • Lead Time: All orders are subject to a 6–8 week production period before shipment, this production period is shorter for subsequent reorders of the same design. 

  • Updates: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a secondary notification with tracking information once your item has been completed and handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Methods

  • Once production is complete, orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. 

  • Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days after the production period.

  • International Shipping: Typically takes 10-21 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because of the custom nature of our products, we cannot redirect packages once they have left our facility. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect address entry.
