1. Custom Order Agreement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your order is custom-made to your/your team's specifications. Production begins immediately after the order is confirmed.

2. Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase/team store closure for a full refund. After 24 hours, materials are allocated to your order, and the order can no longer be canceled.

  • Returns: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of heart" or user-error in specifications.

  • Defects/Damages: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@radcustomcycling.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement.

3. Limitation of Liability

Radical Custom Cycling Apparel is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, carrier delays, or material shortages beyond our control. While we strive to hit the 6–8 week window, these timelines are estimates and not guarantees of delivery dates.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, custom configurations, and website content are the intellectual property of Radical Custom Cycling Apparel. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
